Welcome to LordStrong. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”), and your purchase of products from LordStrong LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility

To use our Site or purchase products, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet all legal requirements for the purchase and possession of any items you order, especially ammunition.

2. Product Use and Compliance

You are responsible for knowing and complying with your local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, shipment, and use of any products sold by LordStrong. We do not ship ammunition to the following locations due to legal restrictions:

California (CA)
Connecticut (CN)
Washington (WA)
District of Columbia (DC)
New Jersey (NJ)
Illinois (IL)
New York (NY)

We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these restrictions.

3. Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and typically arrive within 2–3 business days after processing.
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all eligible orders.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective.
If you receive a defective item, contact us at lordstrongllc@gmail.com with your order number, details of the defect, and photos if applicable. Upon inspection and approval, we will either:

Issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges), or
Send a replacement item.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. All payments must be made using accepted payment methods at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

6. Prohibited Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, state, or federal law;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site;
Interfere with the operation of the Site or servers;
Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during checkout.
