Shipping Carrier
All orders placed on LordStrong.com are shipped via FedEx Ground. This service ensures reliable delivery with tracking capabilities, helping you stay updated throughout the shipping process.
Processing Time
Please allow 2 business days for order processing. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During this time, we will verify your order, perform security checks, and prepare your items for shipment.
Estimated Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, shipping volume, and FedEx delays.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00 per order, regardless of order size or destination (within eligible shipping regions).
Shipping Restrictions
We comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and transportation of goods, particularly ammunition. Due to legal and regulatory restrictions, we do not ship ammunition to the following states or regions:

If your shipping address is located in any of the above areas, your order containing ammunition will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number. You may track your package at any time through the FedEx website to monitor delivery progress.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, refusal upon delivery, or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, please understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. LordStrong is not liable for any shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
At LordStrong, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our support team at lordstrongllc@gmail.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the defect (if applicable). Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions regarding the return or exchange process if your item is eligible.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will conduct a full inspection and notify you via email—within a reasonable period of time—whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If a defect is confirmed, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product, using the original method of payment.
